More about Steve

By Steve

Born: In Cottonwood Hospital, Salt Lake City, on July, 3, 1974.  I am a twin and was born second to my twin sister Marie.  Born to Had D. Farrer and Edna Gamero Farrer

Reared: I was raised in Murray, UT until 1988 at which point my family moved to Holiday, UT.  It was a whoppin' 5 miles from our house in Murray, but I thought the world was coming to and end.  However, I made new friends at Bonneville Jr. High and Cottonwood High school and have since be very thankful for the move.

Family: I am the only son out of 8 children.  I have 7 wonderful sisters.  I have 3 older sisters, 3 younger sisters and a twin sister - Marie!  My Father was born and raised in Utah and my Mother was born and raised in Honduras.  She was born in the small town of Danli.  She came to the United States when she married my Dad.  We children were born in the following order: Christine, Vicki, Melanie, Marie, me, Melissa, Melodie, DeeAnna.  I have four Brothers in law.  Christine is married to Alan Miller.  Vicki is married to John Vance.  Marie is married to John Fullmer.  Melissa is married to Tim Williams.  I have 3 nieces and 3 nephews.

School: After graduation from Cottonwood High School, in 1992, I began attending BYU in the fall of 1992.  I attended one year of college before serving a mission in Detroit, MI, where I met Dianne, who would later become the girl of my dreams.  Since returning from Michigan, in Sept. of 1995, I've been attending BYU off and on, while working part and full time jobs.  I've complete about 3 1/2 years in Mechanical Engineering and intend to complete my remaining 2 years of schooling in North Carolina.

Work: I began my employment as a bagger/checker at Reams Grocery Store.  After that I worked at Meier's Prime Deli & Catering.  Post mission I've worked at the Church Office Building, UPS, and my last job was with Varsity Contractors, Inc. at the Micron Site in Lehi, UT.
